What is Subscription Cancellation?

Canceling a subscription means canceling a subscription that does not stop automatic payments from the next billing date of the purchased membership.

Even if you cancel your subscription, you can use your Silvia membership until this subscription period, and the remaining amount will not be refunded. If you wish to receive a refund, please refer to Refund Information.

Please click “Silvia” on the subscription page

Click [Cancel Subscription] at the bottom of the screen

After selecting the reason for cancellation, click the [Continue] button to complete subscription cancellation.

Scroll down to the bottom and click [Cancel Free Trial] to cancel your subscription.
